The Thompson 92500 Mixer Mincer / Mixer Grinder is a heavy-duty, high-capacity industrial meat processing machine designed for large-scale mixing and grinding operations. Featuring a 2,500 kg / 5,500 lb fresh-meat batch capacity, twin-paddle mixing system and Thompson’s available High Efficiency Cutting System (HECS), the 92500 is built for high-volume meat processors requiring fast production, consistent particle definition and efficient batch processing.

The right-angle grinding design uses a short 170 mm / 6.7" feedscrew without a separate transfer screw, helping provide high product flow while minimizing unnecessary working of the meat. Available HECS configurations can provide primary grinding rates of up to 21,000 kg/hr / 46,300 lbs./hr.
