The RAM Model 1500 Industrial Dual Paddle Blender-Mixer is built for high-capacity, heavy-duty food processing applications where consistent mixing, durable construction, and efficient discharge are required. Designed with a 1,500 lb capacity, based on 55 lbs per cubic foot, this industrial dual-shaft paddle mixer is ideal for large-batch blending of meat, poultry, seafood, prepared foods, seasonings, marinades, and other food processing mixtures.

Engineered with dual 7.5 HP hollow shaft drives featuring TorqLOC and stainless steel paint, the Model 1500 provides the power and reliability needed for demanding production environments. The dual paddle design helps promote thorough product movement and consistent blending throughout the batch, making it a strong solution for processors looking to improve production consistency and reduce manual mixing labor.

The mixer is constructed from T-304 stainless steel with a glass bead finish, offering a sanitary, durable, and cleanable design suitable for food processing facilities. For efficient product discharge, the unit includes dual-end pneumatic discharge doors, along with a bolt-on safety guard for the discharge area.

Safety and operator control are built into the design. The RAM Model 1500 includes a pneumatically operated safety grating with interlock, as well as manual pneumatic hand valves for the discharge doors and safety grating. These features help support safer operation while giving the operator straightforward control over loading, mixing, and discharge functions.

Controls

The quoted control package includes a NEMA 4X stainless steel UL-listed 480V Allen-Bradley control panel with reversing contactors for the paddle assemblies, MicroLogix 820 PLC, PanelView 800 4.3" touchscreen, and main disconnect. The control panel is shipped loose.

Available quoted items include gearmotor covers, a 240V electrical upcharge option, and a heavy-duty shipping skid. Freight is excluded, and estimated delivery is listed at 16 to 18 weeks.
