Description
The PCE KS Series horizontal slicer and portion control machines provide up to 200 slices per minute with the standard blade and up to 400 slices per minute with a double knife and from .5mm (1/32) to 34mm ( 1.25”) in thickness. The product being sliced in the MHS horizontal slicer can be tempered 24°-28° boneless beef, pork, fish, poultry, deli meats and bone-in pork loin. The MHS KS Series horizontal slicer and portion control machines are fast and easy to use when you are only cutting one or two thicknesses but if you need more variations in thicknesses, exact thickness for portion control, or multiple thicknesses on a single cycle you should ask us about our ES, IC or ICC Series MHS horizontal slicers and portion control slicers.
