Description
The PCE LC Series horizontal Meat Slicer and portion control machines provide up to 200 slices per minute with the standard blade and up to 400 slices per minute with a double knife and from .5mm (1/32") to 34mm ( 1.25”) in thickness. The product being sliced in the MHS horizontal Meat Slicer can be tempered 24°-28° boneless beef, pork, fish, poultry, deli meats and bone-in pork loin.
